Cyclists of Amdavad is a documentary project which looks at the sizeable chunk of population that uses cycles, either to commute or as their primary mode of transport in the city of Ahmedabad, India. The idea was to capture their everyday struggles on the road and existing infrastructure inadequacies, while also looking at road safety regulations and signage.

This project was undertaken while I was working with the Centre for Green Mobility, Ahmedabad, in the summer of 2016. Center for Green Mobility (CGM) is a non-profit technical advocacy organization, helping cities envision a sustainable and joyous future that can be achieved through efficient urban design and an equitable transportation system.
